How do returns work at VitaDreamz?
The store's return policy lasts 60 days. Unfortunately, after 60 days of purchase, no refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The item must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. It is not recommended that purchases be returned to the manufacturer. Only partial refunds will be issued in certain situations. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will receive an email with the status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.
